My Story

I know what it feels like to be stuck in your own head while trying to build a meaningful life.

And I know what it took to get out of that. My work is about helping people close the gap between who they know they can be and how they're actually showing up.

There was a stretch of my life where panic attacks felt random and humiliating. I could be in a normal room, around normal people, and suddenly my chest would tighten, my thoughts would spiral, and shame would follow close behind. I was ambitious. I had goals. I wanted to build something meaningful. But internally I felt fragile and exposed.

What frustrated me most was that I cared deeply about growth. I read the books. I set the goals. I tried to discipline my way through it. And still, anxiety and self-sabotage would creep in at the worst times. I would overthink opportunities, hesitate right when it mattered, and talk myself out of bold moves. It was exhausting.

So I went to work on the problem. I immersed myself in neuroscience and psychology. I studied neuro-linguistic programming and emotional freedom techniques. I wanted to understand what was actually happening in the brain and body when fear, shame, and old memories hijack behavior. I practiced the tools on myself long before I ever taught them to anyone else.

As things started to shift internally, my life started to change externally. The panic attacks lost their power. The shame got quieter. And I started helping people one on one, which is when I realized this is what I want to do. I love sitting with someone in the middle of their stuck point and helping them trace it back to the belief that's driving it. And the moment they realize the pattern isn't random, that it's actually predictable and changeable, everything opens up.

Today I run a coaching company built around that work. I help people who are capable and driven but quietly frustrated that their results don't match their effort. We work through anxiety, tough emotions, painful memories, money stuff, and the subtle ways people sabotage themselves without even realizing it. Self-sabotage is especially fascinating to me because it almost never looks dramatic. It looks like procrastination that feels justified, or goals that quietly fade, or decisions that seem practical but are actually rooted in fear. Once you can see the pattern, you can actually do something about it.

With 70+ five-star reviews and clients across every area of life, I've seen the same truth over and over: the only thing between where you are and where you want to be is what you believe about yourself.

The Whole Picture

It All Connects

Your relationships affect your finances. Your finances affect your stress. Your stress affects your purpose. You can't just fix one piece and expect the rest to follow. That's why we work on all of it.

Living the Stoked Life

I Practice What I Preach

Outside of coaching, I'm usually in the mountains. Mountain biking, backpacking, rock climbing, chasing waterfalls with a camera in hand, and traveling with my wife. Adventure keeps me honest, and nature has a way of stripping life down to what matters.

My Approach

What I Believe

Y

You Already Have What It Takes

You don't need more information or motivation. You need to find the beliefs that are getting in the way and get them out of there.

I

Identity Drives Everything

Your actions will always line up with who you believe you are. Change the identity and the behavior follows. You don't have to force it.
